Intuitive Surgical B110 in Sunnyvale, CA: Completed a 912,000 sq ft, $862M manufacturing building with R&D, workspaces, and clinical medicine lab with a large suite of operating rooms, and training and research operating rooms. Included the completed IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ process, internal and external DNV audits, Building Mater Validation Plan, MDSAP, ISO 13485, and FDA approvals.

Intuitive Surgical B105 Phase 1: Completed a 352,000 sq ft, $280M manufacturing building with engineering labs, ISO 8 cleanrooms, warehousing, and workspaces. Included the completed IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ process, internal and external DNV audits, Building Mater Validation Plan, MDSAP, ISO 13485, and FDA approvals.

Intuitive Surgical B114, B115, B106, B111, B108, B113, B143, B100, B101, B102, B103: Numerous tenant improvement projects affecting 400,000 sq ft of manufacturing and workspaces. Approximately $200M of projects over a five year timeframe.

Intuitive Surgical B140: Completed a 315,000 sq ft, $173M tenant improvement of a former semiconductor building for manufacturing, R&D, workspaces, and clinical medicine lab with a large suite of operating rooms, and training and research operating rooms. Included the completed IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ process, internal and external DNV audits, Building Mater Validation Plan, MDSAP, ISO 13485, and FDA approvals.

Intuitive Surgical EMEA Region: Freiburg, GE: Completed a 26,000 sq. m. manufacturing facility for instruments and accessories. Provided subject matter expert design and project management services to the regional management. Drove $7M in savings.

Intuitive Surgical EMEA Region: Parvamay, BU: Completed a 22,000 sq. m. manufacturing facility for instruments and accessories. Provided subject matter expert design and project management services to the regional management. Drove $9M in savings.

Lam Research Gotscho Lab in Fremont, CA: Project management and design management to complete a $200M, 250,000 sq ft, semiconductor applications labs for future product development.

Lam Research Mfg Lab in Tualatin, OR: Project management and design management to complete a $100M, 110,000 sq ft, semiconductor applications labs for future product development.

AMAT Bldg 85 Maydan Research Center: Project management and design management to complete a $300M, 300,000 sq ft, semiconductor applications labs for future product development. Included hazardous gas systems design, acid neutralization system design, and acid exhaust scrubber systems designs.

AMAT Bldgs 1, 2, and 3: Cleanroom and lab upgrades including tool installation projects over ten year period. installed approximately 120 AMAT systems in the applications labs, including dozens more in Tokyo, Shanghai, New York, Texas, and Arizona.
