I’m a senior executive with over 25 years of experience leading complex capital projects and operational programs across the med-tech and semiconductor industries. My career is grounded in the belief that continuous learning is the most valuable skill in leadership—reflected in my completion of an Executive MBA in 2020 with a focus on strategic management, big data analysis, and innovation.
I founded and scaled a semiconductor design-build firm to 150 employees before its acquisition by Lend Lease Corporation, where I served as Global VP of Microelectronics. That entrepreneurial foundation—combined with deep regulatory and operational expertise—enables me to deliver results in high-stakes, highly regulated environments.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve served as Senior Director for global med-tech and semiconductor companies, leading more than $2.2 billion in capital projects. My leadership spans real estate strategy, workplace services, facilities engineering, and construction management across the U.S., Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Through BKNDS, I offer consulting services focused on:
